These terms apply to the Taguu app and taguu.com, a product of Megnus ("Taguu", "we"). By installing the app or joining an affiliate program through Taguu, you agree to them.
For merchants
- Taguu helps you run your own affiliate program on Shopify. You decide the commission, approve affiliates and pay them. Taguu calculates and records commissions; it does not hold or send your money.
- Plans and charges are billed by Shopify through your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan in Shopify at any time.
- You are responsible for your program terms, for paying your affiliates as promised, and for the emails you send to them through Taguu (only to affiliates of your program, with the unsubscribe link kept).
- Commission is approved after delivery and your hold period. Commissions on cancelled, refused, returned or refunded orders are reversed automatically; you can also adjust them by hand.
For affiliates
- You join a program run by the store, not by Taguu. The store sets the commission, approves applications and pays you. Questions about payouts go to the store.
- Don't create fake orders, buy through your own link or code, use misleading ads or spam. Stores may reverse commissions or remove affiliates who do.
- Keep your login and payout details correct and private.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break security, no reselling of the service, and no use that breaks Shopify's terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Taguu running and accurate, but the service is provided "as is". Tracking depends on Shopify and on shoppers' browsers, so some sales may not be attributed. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid Taguu in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending
You can uninstall the app or leave a program at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
